The place i live in

Things were never the same in life for me since 1999. Yes that was the first year that i stepped out of my house for my first job. I was leaving home on "Vinayaka Chavithi". It was 13th of Sept,1999. 13 is again a lucky number for me.....its my date of birth.

I had gone to gurgaon. I was transferred to the hyd office after almost 2 years. Couple of weeks in Hyd and i had to go to Australia, Sydney for another 6 months. Returned from Sydney, another 6 months at Hyd, I had to rush to chennai for my CA final, another 5 months, i had to return to hyd, and i started persuing my CPA, so for writing the exams, i had to rush to USA, another 6 months there, with my company, my sister and brother and few of my cousins, i came back, another 6 months in hyd doing my Oracle financials, and i had to go to Bangalore for my job (yet another 6 months) i got transferred to Hyd, another 6 months and i got a posting in Chennai and on a project currently in Colombo Srilanka for 1 year.

Well, though i made a conscious attempt not to settle down in USA as my bro and sis are already there, i wanted to be with my parents in my mother country. But this much of travel and all this in 5 years is what amuses me. Even if i have not settled in US am i being with my parents all times. Am i establishing my network in India. I still dont have an answer to this.

Few of the pics from the place where i live now. The view from my balcony of the vehicles moving, its right in front of the beach, the sunset with the sea and my living room.

Dambulla - Tallest Buddha

This is the place called Dambulla which is between two cities of Srilanka. Its 70 kilometers from a city called Sigiriya. Sigiriya is a place which was ruled by the Srilankan King. It has a Fort of the king on top of the Sigiriya Stone. Will post the Sigiriya Fort soon. Going further another 150 Kms you will find the hill station called Kandy. A view of how kandy looks early in the morning. It was a wonderful trip. One of the momorable trips.
